Design Policy

1. Ownership & license

All designs, templates, embeds, layouts, and assets shown or delivered by me remain my intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing. When you purchase a design or commission, you receive a personal use license for your own Discord server(s) or project.

2. No redistribution

You may not resell, share, give away, or redistribute any of my products or designs (free or paid). This includes:

• Uploading files to public repositories, marketplaces, or “free resource” sites
• Claiming my work as your own
• Using my designs to create competing products for sale
• Passing templates or packs to others outside your licensed use

You may use purchased designs on servers you own or manage, and edit them for your own use.

3. Payments

• All payments are made in Robux.
• Payment is required before delivery for commissions and custom work.
• Payment details and amounts will be confirmed before work begins.
• Do not send payment until we have agreed on the scope and price.

4. Commissions

• Custom work is for the agreed project only
• Revisions are limited to what we agree at the start (extra revisions may cost more)
• I may show anonymized or approved work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise
• Work starts after payment is received

5. Discord Terms of Service

All designs must be used in ways that do not break Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. I will not create or support designs intended for scams, phishing, prohibited content, or other ToS violations. You are responsible for how you use the designs on your server.

6. Credit

Credit is optional but appreciated. If a free preview or demo includes credit, please do not remove it without permission.

7. Refunds

Digital goods and completed custom work are generally non-refundable once delivered. If there is a serious issue with a file or delivery, contact me and I will try to fix it. Refunds for undelivered custom work are handled case by case.

8. Liability

Designs are provided as-is. I am not responsible for how you implement them, for Discord policy changes, or for third-party tools you use with the designs.
